I guess everyone was surprised when Kate Middleton stepped out in Blair Waldorf fashion style to ARK Gala. The new Princess sported the same Jenny Packham dress that Blair Waldorf wore on a Gossip Girl when she was about to become a fake princess. Both ladies looked great, but who wore it better?
