Wacky Camouflage Fashion From Japan

Camouflage, a blotchy, stealthy pattern born to blend into the background, is grabbing attention all over the urban, style-setting landscape. It has grown far beyond its original purpose of giving hunters an edge over wary animals.

On contrary to the usual camouflage fashion ( jackets, pants, hats, backpacks and purses in military troops camo uniform), Aya Tsukioka, a Japanese experimental fashion designer, has developed a line of completely wack camouflage.

The designs include soda and vending machines, fire extinguisher bookbags for kids, and even a purse that resembles a manhole (so you can throw it in the road if you're being pursued and not get your stuff stolen, just run over).

So to all who fear crime, you can throw some of your money and have these fashion craze.

Rachel Weisz, Julie Andrews and Roger Federer Became Part of the Disney Fairytale

Disney, with the help of Annie Leibovitz expanded their kingdom and sprinkled their magic on the second set of celebrities to appear in the Disney’s Year of a Million Dreams campaign.

British actress Rachel Weisz was captured as Snow White, along with Julie Andrews as Blue Fairy of “Pinocchio” and Abigail Breslin as Fira. Tennis superstar Roger Federer was photographed as King Arthur.

The images, part of the extended Year of a Million Dreams celebration at Disney Parks, will be featured as an insert in the December issues of several US magazines. These will include Vanity Fair, GQ, Vogue, W, The New Yorker, Conde Nast Traveller, Glamour, Cookie, Details, Glamour, Self and Men's Vogue.

It has been said the avid magazine readers are likely familiar with Mario Testino's work. The Frederick’s of Hollywood 2008 Spring Collection fashion show was held at the Hollywood Palladium last October 24. The show unveiled a starry display of celebrities. Jessica Simpson, Amanda Bynes, High School Musical and real-life lovebirds Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, Janet Jackson, Jermaine Dupri, Amanda Bynes, Kirsten Bell, Bai Ling, and Ashley Olsen were among the few celebrities that attended the show.

Heidi Klum Poses for Accessorize

Heidi Klum is the latest celebrity to front a campaign for Accessorize, after Lily Cole, Kelly Osbourne and Claudia Schiffer.

The Autumn/Winter 2007 campaign which was taken in a New York studio, shows Heidi in a series of images, with various handbags and accessories from the brand. Day accessories, which are quite sophisticated and elegant, are inspired from modernist designer Poiret. The party accessories were inspired by dramatic theater and pure glamour with metallic finish, crystals and gem studding. Jet pendents, chandelier earrings and gem-studded bags are the highlights of the collection.
